This is a relaxed villa in the outskirts of Limassol with long south sea views for a young family to enjoy life with a lot of children and guests. High walls contain a court yard life, which was in the past the main characteristic of the traditional Cyprus house.

The architectural language adopts a romantic Italian inspired form with a central building and outbuildings for the secondary living areas rotated around an octagonal rotunda.
