The brief of this ongoing project was to focus on all the external areas and landscaping of the existing Vila Rezevici in Montenegro.

Starting from the main entrance facade, the design aim was to introduce a series of timber pergolas creating an entrance courtyard at the fornt of the vila. The proportions and materials chosen in combination with the landscape design and elements such as water fountains and hand crafted marble artwork, soften the hard exterior facade of the vila and create a warm exterior space and sense of arrival.

This language of the design is carried around other areas of the vila which brings life and function to the external terraces. 

Large carved marble screens have been designed and positioned as focal points under the covered walkways and a bespoke handmade marble and steel sundail was designed as part of the exterior landscaping. 

On the interior of the vila, an existing space has been fully transformed into a relaxing spa using a combination of wallpaper and bamboo elements with seemless hidden lighting.

All interior furnishings have been hand picked in collaboration with Thesis Interior Design Showrooms.
