The competition brief was for the redesign of the main square of the village of Eptagonia located in the outskirts of Limassol. The proposed design is a series of interconnecting small buildings running along the perimeter of the site creating a natural square in the middle. Each of these stone buildings houses different functions, from cultural exhibition spaces, to small venue spaces, cafeterias and administration offices for the village municipality. The entire roofscape of these buildings is utilized for a natural botanic and herb garden where educational farming and horticultural courses can held by schools and Universities. 

At the heart of the square, the hard landscaped areas are designed to step down and create an auditorium used by the local community for events throughout the year.
