San Marzano restaurant, Larnaca, 2009
San Marzano is a franchised branch of Pizza Express restaurants. This restaurant was designed within a listed building and strict conservation regulations had to be followed. The facade elevations remained unchanged with minimal graphics and glazing. Structural internal stone walls were removed and replaced with double steel structural beams creating a double height open plan space, electrics are concealed with removable acoustic wooden panelling. The wine collection is displayed at the entrance in a glazed wine cellar. All furnishings supplied by THESIS
