Plaza Cafe, Columbia Plaza, Limassol

This small cafe completes a larger picture, which is the Columbia Plaza in the centre of Limassol. It belongs to a much larger group of restaurants, clubs and bistros that share the same piazza. The industrial open kitchen and the oversize light fittings give the place a spontaneity and freshness that are the characteristics of a quick espresso and a bite. The 8mx8m double height space was planned to leave after the placing the service and back of the house areas a 5mx5mx5 space for the customer to experience the dynamics of the cube.
