Platres Grand Hotel, Troodos, 1989
This feasibility study for a hotel was on the site of an original grand hotel that was burnt down in the 70`s. Located in the centre of the mountain resort of Platres on Mount Olympus, the 120 room hotel was designed to offer the best for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. During winter the snow can be at times 50cm deep and the area is popular with weekend skiers from Limassol and Nicosia. In the summer the area is more popular with the older generation trying to get away from the high temperatures of the towns
