Le Meridien Residences, Limassol, 2008

This coastal site is adjacent to the Lamate Meridien hotel and the planned luxury villas, when sold, are to be serviced and maintained by the resort with full hotel facilities. The 5 houses are elevated and juxtaposed in order to achieve maximum sea views, the plans are similar with minor differences to suit their orientation and size of plot. Local sustainable materials were used with modern construction and composition methods. The open plan interior extend into the garden with the waterfall and pool. The flat roofs of the buildings were designed as bar/barbecue areas with uninterrupted views to the sea.
