Lawyers` offices, Limassol, 2007

This office building is designed to the requirements of a lawyers office on a small plot of land with restricted south orientated views to the seafront just three blocks away. To the south long deep balconies are acting as sun shades for the floor to ceiling glazing. Custom made screens out at aluminium louvers shade and protect the interior from the morning and afternoon sun. The main entrance lobby, the elevator and escape stairs are located to the north side of the building and are approached through a shaded pilotis on the ground floor. A penthouse apartment was designed to be used as a place to rest for the senior partners.
