This is a public green area located in the centre of a new building plot area. Other than just designing the minimum required green park as stipulated in the building permit, we proposed sport facilities, basket, tennis, volleyball and futsal as well as a restaurant & cafeteria on top of the small mound that houses a communal gym and spa area with a large indoor outdoor swimming pool. The park will be common to all the houses built on the newly divided plots. Water from a sewage treatment plant will help to sustain the garden that was planted with local trees and bushes.
