This house is built in an architecturally protected zone. Strict planning guidelines had to be followed such as dimensions of doors and window openings, type of stone to be used, external rendering colour, doors and windows to be made only out of timber, The L shape plan isolates and protects the private southeast garden area from the noise and public character of the street facade.
