This site was chosen for its lush forest location and because of its equidistant position from Limassol and Nicosia where the parents of this couple live. The planning zone for this area has a very low plot co-efficiency ratio so the house, with the exception of the study, is single storey with semi open pergolas shading the building. The office structure on the roof acts like a bridge connecting the house to the street.
