This building is designed to fulfil the needs of the Cyprus press bureau while at the same time becoming an iconic point of reference. Projected news and information on gigantic LED screen will encourage public awareness of local and global news. The busy 24hr working news room is contained within a self shading globe like steel structure that is fully exposed to the street, creating a feeling of transparency and movement.

The entrance piazza addresses the axis of the side road and together with the multi purpose reception lobby and cafeteria the ground floor area can host large events to draw the public closer to the media.
