Columbia Shipmanagement offices, Academias St, Limassol , 1995

This building was commissioned by a fast growing ship management company in 1995. The external envelope had to continue the same morphology of the existing office building built 4 years earlier, while internally a new approach to the office layout was introduced. Internal bridges connect the two buildings (old and new) through a glazed landscaped atrium. The extensive use of wood and the cleanliness of the lines evoke the `shipshape` order of ocean liners and reinforce the shipping connections of this company.
