City Apartments, Ayia Fyla, Limassol, 2010

This was undoubtably an exercise on `thinking big` on a very small site. The site is half a plot of just 250sq.m. The client wanted to accommodate the needs of his two children, brother and sister, who are both just starting their own families. We designed two apartments on a pilotis on the ground floor and a roof garden on the top. The first floor apartment enjoys the space under the pilotis with a large outdoor sitting and dining area, bar and barbecue. The top floor apartment enjoys the same facilities on the roof garden. The underground basement is common to both apartments with service storage and the parking areas.
