This is the first of a chain of fast food new-concept restaurants which we have designed and developed. The office was involved with the concept, designing the project down to every detail, including graphics, logo, signs, menus and even advertising. The small space appears to be larger due to the continuous, long eating benches. The small kitchen is viewed through glass panels,encouraging transparency and trust between the kitchen and the clients. Located on the mezzanine level are all public and staff conveniences as well as all the restaurant`s storage needs.
