Amathus Apartments

This seafront block of apartments reflects our clients passion for the sea, he is a keen sailor and wanted a building in which his family, children and grandchildren could all live in separte apartments yet enjoy being together. Local stone cladding covers the entire building to protect the structure from the sea`s corrosion. The street facade gives a public face to the building and the small openings protect the apartments from the street noise. The south sea facing facade has large windows and long deep shaded verandahs. The common swimming pool is elevated to enjoy views to the beach beyond.
