This penthouse sea view apartment is designed to celebrate the luxury found in an ocean going yacht. The wood panelling is made out of teak and is finished in high gloss lacquer. All rooms have balconies and sea views. The upper deck (roof terrace) is connected with the living area via a stainless steel stair designed to be light in order to minimise the obstruction to the spectacular sea view. This project is all about attention to fine detailing.
